In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives damaged or broken, please contact Sarah within 2 working days and send photographs of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. As all items are unique and made in small quantities, we may not be able to replace like-with-like, but Sarah will do her best to rectify the issue and a refund will be made if necessary.
WHOLESALE + COMMISSIONS
Sarah is able to make pieces to order. You can contact her at email@example.com or by calling 07816962841 to discuss your requirements. Commissioned pieces will take a minimum of 4 weeks to complete from start to finish (depending on size and complexity), so please bear this in mind when ordering custom pieces.
Online sales must be made via credit/debit card or PayPal. Direct bank transfers and cash are accepted for commissioned and wholesale pieces only.
Due to the nature of different screen resolutions, we are unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Images are not to scale, so please refer to the highlighted dimensions given for each piece.
We hope you will be happy with your ceramics. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your item.
Please contact Sarah within 7 days and return your item within 14 days of receipt (see address below). For a refund or exchange, items must be returned unused, undamaged and (where appropriate) in its original packaging. Postage costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
Items are returned at the buyer's own risk. It is recommended that you use a tracking service. Postage will be refunded only if the item is returned or if an error has been made by Sarah in the original order.

Every piece is handmade in Sarah’s home studio in Cardiff. Pieces will be wrapped safely and all parcels will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received.
